Cellular Resilience (Sutandy Lab)

Claudia graduated in Health Biology at the University of Alcalá (Spain) and earned her Master’s in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Biomedicine from the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain). She received her PhD in December 2025 from the University of Tübingen (Germany) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Boris Macek, where she used mass spectrometry-based proteomics to study mitochondrial biology in iPSC-derived human dopaminergic neurons. Since March 2026, she has been a postdoctoral researcher in Dr. Reymond Sutandy’s lab, focusing on mitochondrial misfolding stress.
