Dr. Thomas Juan

    • As a postdoctoral researcher, my work focuses on investigating blood flow mechanosensation during cardiovascular system development in zebrafish. With over 10 years of experience in genome editing, I strive to implement and optimize state-of-the-art genetic tools, such as degron or ribozyme-mediated knockdown strategies, to my models of interest. In addition, I am passionate about streamlining research processes by automating routine tasks and developing user-friendly bench software to assist my collaborators and students.
